Since Green Lantern has an alien ring that is the source of his power, I decided to step away from his "human made" looking costume, and have him "wear" something that couldn't be produced on Earth. So with this new outfit, I tried to make it look like a window to the live and moving galactic energy. Also, I thought that it would've been pointless for him to just have a little mask over his eyes and the rest of the head showing. Ryan Reynolds was still recognizable when he had his mask on in the live action movie, so why risk it...

can you do golden age Green Lantern next time.
Reminds me a bit of Stan Lee's Green Lantern.
The one thing I never got about masks... They just cover around your eyes, it's the same as wearing glasses. Deadpool has a real mask.
Superman: Hmm... A mask makes my costume look weird. Wait I have it! I'll wear glasses and re-style my hair! Genius!
The best way you will hide your identity is to not be known by many people, like that episode of Justice League when Lex and Flash swap bodies.
Lex (In the Flash's body): Now I can find out who the Flash is. *takes off mask and looks in mirror* I have no idea who this is.
glad you like it
